The best Hampton Inn I’ve ever experienced. The room was spotless, and the breakfast was excellent. The only issue was the heater. It had a slight burning smell, and a mechanic explained that it was likely due to a newly installed filter and that the smell would soon go away. The next day, when we checked out, the front desk manager generously adjusted our room charge and ended up not charging us at all. That was never my intention—I simply wanted to mention the minor issue—but their response showed how genuinely they listen to their guests and strive to make things right. I was truly impressed. How could I not give this place five stars?
Hampton Inns are my preferred hotel when I travel. This was my best experience ever!!! Plush towels, nice shower, great breakfast, friendly helpful staff, even the other guests were smiling and friendly!
This is a typical Hampton Inn. Great place. We enjoy the indoor pool. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
We didn’t actually stay here due to current renovations, however the young gentleman at the desk was super helpful and understanding. We had spent 12 hours on the road, and were planning on spending 3 nights, I was planning on working and relaxing by the pool. However with the Reno’s this wasn’t going to be an option. The young man completely understood and made the exception and canceled the reservation for me. This is why I’m giving a 4 start. He didn’t have to do that, but he was super helpful and I appreciate the customer service. I’m sure the hotel will look amazing once it’s all completed. Thank you.
Remodel looks great! Breakfast until 10am everyday now is very convenient. I have stayed at this hotel over 20+ times. Always clean. Friendly staff.
My husband and I were in town to photograph a wedding. We stayed here to easily get to the event and the accommodations here were very nice and clean. The breakfast was pleasantly good. Most of the staff were very polite and helpful.
My wife and I stayed a night while visiting the area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had asked to have a late checkout, which the staff gave us. We them asked for 1/2 more and they were kind enough to give us that too. Hats off to the helpful staff!
